Live Apple Store pickup

Terms of use

The rules for using this service, what a stock result does and does not promise, and how the paid alerts plan works.

Sheet 01 — The serviceOVERVIEW

Apple Stock Checker checks the public Apple Store pickup availability for the products, countries and stores it covers, and offers optional paid stock alerts that email you when availability changes. By using the site you agree to these terms.

This is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Apple Inc. Apple, iPhone, iPad, Mac, AirPods and HomePod are trademarks of Apple Inc.

Sheet 02 — Stock informationNO GUARANTEE

Stock results are Apple's own published pickup status at the moment of the check, passed on as seen. Availability changes constantly as items sell and return, so a result can be out of date by the time you read it or arrive at a store.

Nothing here reserves, holds or guarantees an item. Always confirm availability on Apple's own site before travelling, and buy from Apple directly. We are not liable for a wasted journey, a missed purchase or a price difference.

Sheet 03 — Accounts and acceptable useYOUR ACCOUNT

Browsing the checker needs no account. Creating one is optional and only needed for alerts. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Do not overload the service with automated requests, resell its output as a competing data feed, or use it unlawfully. We may suspend an account that abuses the service.

Sheet 04 — Subscriptions and billingPAID PLAN

Stock alerts are a single monthly plan, billed in advance and recurring until cancelled. Payment is handled by our payment provider on its own secure checkout; this app never sees your card number. Prices shown at checkout are what you pay.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. The alerts you have already paid for keep running until the end of the paid month, then stop; your alert and its variants are kept so you can start again with one click.

Sheet 05 — Alerts and availability of the serviceBEST EFFORT

Alert monitoring is a best-effort background check and is not real time: Apple's data can lag behind the shelf, and the service depends on Apple's public data staying available. We do not guarantee that an alert email arrives before an item sells, or that the service is uninterrupted.

If Apple changes or removes the data the service reads, features may be reduced or paused while we adapt.

Sheet 06 — Liability, changes and contactTHE REST

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use, including missed purchases or stock discrepancies. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these terms as the service changes; the revision date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions: applestockchecker@gmail.com or the contact form.
