Live Apple Store pickup

Privacy policy

Plain words on what this service stores, what it never touches, and who processes what. Written to be read, not to be survived.

Sheet 01 — What this service isOVERVIEW

Apple Stock Checker is an independent tool that reads the public Apple Store pickup availability that Apple publishes for its own product pages. We check the stock status of in-store variants at the Apple Stores around a location you choose, and show the results with a time stamp.

This service is not affiliated with Apple Inc. Apple, iPhone, iPad, Mac, AirPods and HomePod are trademarks of Apple Inc. Nothing here is sold on Apple's behalf and no Apple Account is ever requested.

Sheet 02 — What we collectDATA
  • Your sign-in email address, if you create an account to use stock alerts. It is your identity for signing in and the address alert emails are sent to.
  • Your alert settings: the products and variants you watch, the location you save, and the distance you pick. This is what the background checks run against.
  • The status of your subscription as our payment provider reports it (active, cancelled, ended). This app never sees or stores your card number.
  • Messages you send through the contact form: your name, email address, subject and message.
  • Basic technical records the platform keeps to operate the app, such as when a background check ran.
Sheet 03 — What we never collectNOT KEPT
  • Your Apple ID, Apple Account password, or any Apple credentials.
  • Your card number, expiry or CVC. Card details are collected and held by our payment provider on its own secure checkout page.
  • Advertising identifiers, cross-site tracking profiles, or data shared with data brokers. We do not sell personal data.
Sheet 04 — How the stock check worksMETHOD

Every stock reading is a live request for the same public store data Apple's own pages use. We ask for the pickup status of in-store variants at the stores around the location you give us, and display what comes back with the time it was checked.

Because availability moves as items sell and return, two checks minutes apart can differ. A result is Apple's status at that moment, not a reservation, and stock changes fast — always confirm on Apple's site before travelling.

Sheet 05 — Who we share data withSHARING

Your sign-in email is used by our email delivery provider to send alert emails you have asked for. Your payment is processed by our payment provider, which holds your billing details under its own privacy policy. Hosting and infrastructure providers process data strictly to run this app.

Your saved alert settings, location and contact messages are used only to run the service and are not shared, sold or used for advertising.

Sheet 06 — Your choices and rightsCONTROL

You can pause or cancel monitoring, and change what your alert watches, at any time from the alerts page. Cancelling the subscription stops future renewals; the alerts you have already paid for keep running until the end of the paid month.

You can ask us to delete your account, your saved alert or your contact messages at any time — email us and we will action it. Where data protection law gives you rights of access, correction, erasure and objection, we honour them.

Sheet 07 — Changes and contactUPDATES

This policy is updated when the service changes in a way that affects data. The revision date at the top of the sheet always shows the current version.
